Insider Trader: How to profit with tailoring {WoW}
May 25th 2010 12:22PM I've made about 25k Gold tailoring by doing just one thing : making and selling royal moon shroud robes. I found the recipe on the AH for 1.5k G and sell about three or four a week at a 2.2k G buyout. I'm a moon shroud tailor so I get double the cloth for the mats. Mats generally cost between 1.5-1.8k G depending on the cost of the mats. Still, it's a couple hundred gold steady per day and takes like no time. Earned enough to by three of my toons their ICC boots.
The key is finding a niche that no one else is doing or maybe one or two are doing.
Time Is Money: Felwood's wildlife {WoW}
Feb 22nd 2010 8:12PM LWs, go to the area west of the hodir flight path and take down the two roaming packs of mammoths for their borean leather. They drop chunks o mammoth which sells for about a gold each also. With just 60 leathers u can make 10 heavy borean which u can then convert into an arctic fur from the leather trader in dalaran. Arctic fur sells for from 50-70 gold each so each leather nets a gold. U can easily get fifteen stacks an hour and along with the chunks an vendor trash an greens, you'll probaly end up ahead than if u did dailies. I probably can make five hundred gold an hour doing this compared to about 300 doing dailies.
