Oct 21st 2010 12:47PM For me it was when I got my first character to 80. For me it was the best way to get to 80. I had my dwarf warrior do a quest in the storm peaks, where I have to go find Brann Bronzebeard and then we fly out of this place on his plane with all of these npcs trying to kill us and then when it's all over, all three Bronzebeards are reunited after such a long time! Then when I handed in the quest I became level 80. Best way for a dwarf warrior to become level 80, reuniting the Bronzebeards! It was amazing!
Jul 27th 2010 5:41PM My characters back story is as follows. My main is a dwarf Warrior and I have an alt who is a dwarf hunter. They are brothers (surprise surprise) and they recently discovered that their father that they thought was dead has joined their guild as a death Knight! What a small world! They thought their father was killed by their fathers best friend who summoned a demon to kill him and this dwarf is a warlock! When Cataclsym comes out, this dwarf Warlock shall be created and then I will create more of his back story.
Gotta find a way to fit a worgen in there though... :P
Jul 27th 2010 5:34PM Please give me a blazing hippogryph! :)
May 6th 2010 1:54PM I've been playing wow for about 2 years now and so I never did get to do Molten Core as a 40 man raid but last weekend I did it for the first time with my main and a whole bunch of other level 80s. We went through it all pretty easy and even though this boss is an old boss I was still blown away by how cool he looked!
Apr 22nd 2010 11:53AM Thank you! I've been playing for about two years and for the most part I wouldn't consider myself a noob but when I am levelling a new character with a new class there can be a lot of stuff that I don't know yet and people like you make playing in dungeons WAY funner then the people that yell at you and call you "huntard"!
Mar 31st 2010 5:00PM oh and fyi, that guys not a cop, he's a criminal pretending to be a cop!
Mar 31st 2010 4:59PM If a cop came to your door and was dressed in a cop uniform and showed you his badge and then you let him in and then he robbed you and did who knows what else, is all of that your fault? You'd call the cops wouldn't you? I sure would.
Mar 31st 2010 3:23PM I am sure hackers love it when people say their victims deserved it!
Mar 31st 2010 2:26PM Does it really matter who deserves it and who doesnt?
Wouldn't it be more productive to discuss how we can deal with hackers rather then pointing fingers at people and saying they deserve it?
Mar 31st 2010 12:16PM I think what these hackers do is they take advantage of the fact that people make mistakes sometimes without thinking about it. People make typo's, they put things in the wrong spots, they mix up words. People just do stuff like this by mistake sometimes and these guys take advantage of that. I got hacked once and I think it was because I went to a fake armory site, and I've learned since then. I never go to websites like that now without directly typing in the address. It's when the same people make the same mistakes over and over again when you can start to question them. This website has also helped educate me about the ways in which they hack us.
I was talking to a friend who the other day who hasn't played a lot of wow and he was surprised that people would even want to hack a wow account, he had no idea that they do it so they can sell the gold for real money.
I have an authenticator and I think it's just a smart idea to get one. I feel way more secure now that I have that, but yes things like this can totally bypass the authenticator if you go ahead and give them things like your cd code!
