Apr 5th 2011 4:29AM I was a strict PVPer after my guild couldnt and wouldnt clear ICC. I now am almost full geared in PVP vicious gear but still run raids/heroics with my new guild. i am dropping 14-17k myself. i was called out in guild chat for raiding in my pvp gear but i threw it in the persons face that i was beating them in dps so to stfu, and to learn his toon.
Mar 11th 2010 7:46PM You should really learn to like warlocks. I run with a demon lock from my guild all the time and we bounce spells off eachother to icrease both of our DPS. When i hit him with FM and it procs with demon pact...watch out. a demon lock and a frost mage have ruled many a DPS chart together in raids. the time has come!!
Feb 28th 2010 12:20AM But wouldn't it be great to see all these sellout arcane mages that have talked smack for so long actually eat their words and have to re-spec frost now? As a loyalist frost tweaker, I would love to see the day.
Feb 28th 2010 12:11AM Hey Coik. I completely agree. I play a 20/0/51 frosty and love him. I refused to go arcane just because blizz tried to tell me thats the best DPS spec. Arcane = Sellout IMO. The most fun for me is tweaking my spec by enchanting, gemming, and using pots to get the most DPS I can and shut those sellouts up. The only way to really be a skilled player is by learning what makes your spec better, applying it and not taking what is given to you by blizz easily. I am currently undergeared (only 2 pieces of T9 and the rest triumph emblem perchases) since my guild cant get their heads outta their butt and show up to the raids, yet I am close to hitting comperable DPS to most similarly geared arcanes. I look forward to the day when I can walk through Stormwind head high and not have to hear the snickers as people inspect my talent tree.
