Sep 14th 2010 2:49PM Well, I almost agree. When I and most decently geared people pug these days, we're trying to get our 2 frost in the most efficient and painless manner possible. Usually, to be polite, i ask if anyone minds if we skip and skip if they agree. That being said, if I'm tanking, if there's someone new who needs them or someone geared who needs the badges, I'm usually happy to take on the optional bosses.
Sep 8th 2010 6:03PM I just don't see why everything under the sun has to have the same transmute cooldown.
Gems 1 cooldown. Eternals/primals 1 cooldown. Metal transmutes another cooldown.
They don't have to go crazy like they did with saronite. Hell, put the cooldown back on saronite. It would be nice for titanium to be rare again. I think that would probably speak to the 'value' balance discussed in the article. Titanium bars are 11 gold each on my server. Not exactly rare considering it's supposedly the rare item in northrend.
Aug 31st 2010 4:44PM I love having both disc and holy priests in my raid, but to be honest, I absolutely hate lightwell. My mouse is otherwise engaged in movement and possibly target switching. I don't think we need another thing to click on the screen.
I actually had a priest (not good priests like you fine people) trapse in front of Onyxia to drop one in front of the tanks. He succeeded in dropping one.. but was cleaved in the process, essentially wiping the raid.
Jun 7th 2010 1:58PM Ah, curbing loot drama.. a noble but impossible gesture.
People will always find something to complain about.
One of our ret pallies left party 2 bosses into ICC10 last night and proceeded to QQ to everyone who would listen because he lost a roll.. The reason? The roll that won happened 'just' after the 1 count in the 5-1 countdown. *sigh*. If there were only a blacklist to warn us of such things.
Jun 4th 2010 10:27AM Did you just.. write a 'Trolling in Arena 101'? *sigh*

It's just insane to me that that guy's guild thinks they have a right to anything he picks up, in-game. It isn't a cult, after all, and he didn't get it only by being in the guild. I mean, what's next?
"Oh, what's that.. you have 10k gold? Great, we're a helping guild. give it to me so we can have one of our alts buy a dalaran ring. kthxbye! Wanna go to ICC?"
Jun 1st 2010 11:00AM Some people mentioned borean tundra and storm peaks.. I agree.
Huge packs of mammoths or rhino.
Plus, if you're a skinner, you can co-farm borean leather and arctic fur.
As far as farming goes, it's really not that bad.

Battlegrounds are *ONLY* stress relieving and fun if your team is competent and organized. Try entering a random bg on the alliance side in stormstrike and see how stressless it is being repeatedly roflstomped because people are scattered all over the place in makeshift groups of 1's and 3's.
May 28th 2010 10:19AM Well I guess it just goes to show you.. there are two kinds of players. Players who think that spending real money for in-game pets is silly, and silly people who buy them. ;)
