I noticed my wife was having a lot of problems. I would hope that bioware knows there is an intermittent memory leak in the game. Once I realized that, I looked into it closer. My wife was leaving the game running between play sessions, leaving it on the server select screen. Once I had her stop doing that, all has been well with memory usage.
