Spiritual Guidance: Diagnosing bad shadow priest DPS {WoW}

Feb 14th 2012 12:02PM I'm noticing a very significant damage increase when using t13p4 with the spike/blast burst rotation every time SF is off cd. Especially when it lines up with AA. Even if you have the haste trinket off the ooze boss, this does not affect your opener. Takes some getting used to, but using this rotation will decrease your dot uptime so it is no longer a good indicator of good priestly dps if you are using the 4p.

Raid Rx: How to combine Spirit Link Totem and Power Word: Barrier {WoW}

May 28th 2011 12:33PM My awesomeness is envy'ed in my 10m group. But shaman heals really only shine on select fights. I just brute force it otherwise (while minimizing overhealing as best as I can).

Totem Talk: Post-patch 4.1 restoration question {WoW}

May 4th 2011 3:31PM It's useful during Feud, where you need to top everyone off to ~80% health. During the final phase, all healing is reduced by 99% so i'm not sure if it would heal at all, and if that were the case, the 10% damage reduction could be worth a shot anyway.

Win a Razer Nostromo game keypad from WoW Insider {WoW}

Apr 26th 2011 12:45PM This will go nicely with my Naga :D

Ask Engadget: what's the best graphing calculator for under $200? {Engadget}

Jul 9th 2010 11:36AM @mansbigbrother
The N-Spire is overrated. It may look pretty and have a lot of capability, but the TI-89 is much more powerful. Good luck doing 3D graphing with the N-Spire. If its for engineering applications, doing anything with complex math or science, definitely go TI-89.

Henge Docks: finally, a well designed docking station for Apple's MacBook line {Engadget}

Apr 19th 2010 6:27PM Neat idea, and it looks good. My qualms with it are the lack of heat-dispersion, and the fact that you can't use the macbook monitor as a 2nd monitor. The fact that you have to screw everything in seems tedious, and gives it more of a chance of not working properly, but it does allow for customized wiring. Even if I had a macbook, I'd probably pass on this one.
