Jun 15th 2011 12:34AM In addition to the pvp arena in the Dire Maul area someone already mentioned, you left off the Librams that dropped. Throughout all of vanilla I believe, the best leg/helm? enchants were made with librams that only dropped in DM (iirc) and some other items when you took them to an npc in ZG. I remember spending hours in DM west on my warlock farming them solo since you could clear multiple pylons using a combination of pet tanking/fearing/banishing on the elementals that surrounded them.
Also, the final part of the warlock quest in there was really cool and even resulted in some unique loot that you got off the demon you kill for the quest.
Dire Maul West remains my favorite 5 man in WoW.
Oct 1st 2010 11:44PM they've already stated aq20 is becoming a 10 man raid.
Sep 30th 2010 7:25PM Something I'm not really clear on is are the titles actually going away for the things that become fos? I mean, if you complete them after they become a fos will you still get the title? (I'm guessing they won't take titles away from people who got them prior to becoming fos)
Apr 17th 2010 5:56PM Nothing in this post or previous comments regarding 280--->310% supports the idea they are making 310% available to all regardless of whether or not they have it already. I'm not sure why people keep thinking this. If anything, the last line Bashiok says "We don't like it that when you get a 310% mount that you stop using your old ones " can be read to support what they previously have said which was that people with 310% speed mounts would be able to make all their mounts that speed through some means.
Apr 13th 2010 4:50PM Exactly. Hobbs had an elaborate and brilliantly timed prank poking fun at warlocks getting more spells similar to mages. And it provoked great responses with the massive amount of qq from people who take wow too seriously. This just seemed like a feeble attempt at a comeback. Better luck next time Belt!
(On a side note: sorry for your family loss)
Apr 13th 2010 3:12PM Not even half as funny as Hobbs but what can you expect from a mage.
Apr 8th 2010 3:46PM Mostly agree with your assessment but what raspy says about fel dom I agree with. If they wanted to roll it into another talent or make it cost less points to get I'd be all for it, but tying it into the shard system essentially will eliminate any choice in some fights. Holding on to 3 shards in case your pet dies is hardly fun or interesting but will be necessary in some situations. I guess it will all depend on how fast they generate ooc and whether they end up adding in the way to get them back in combat.
Mar 8th 2010 6:57PM Great article and not at all surprised it was written by a player that has as his main a warlock.
Mar 8th 2010 6:12PM But engineering IS superior to alchemy and that's why the sarcasm fails.
Mar 8th 2010 1:40PM Okay then I guess I just disagree with most of the entire video lol.
