a) not hacked recently (having had to reroll) and
b) 18 or older (one more year)
I would have been accepted because I "certainly have the skills".

I don't understand where you were going with the sarcasm thing. Are you stating I was being sarcastic? I certainly wasn't, and yes, I did apply before reading the FAQ. I'd certainly hope they could make an exception in my case, as although my voice may not be the most masculine thing, I absolutely don't act like a minor.
