Mar 22nd 2012 5:09PM Back when I played the only max level warlock in our guild, I called mine "Ted".
When we got a few more max level locks, we quickly added "Bill" and "Rufus" to the team.
Mar 8th 2012 10:17PM Wait. There's a baby murloc SONG?!
WHERE CAN I FIND THIS SONG?!?!
Mar 2nd 2012 7:17PM These are more or less the thoughts running through my head through all of Cataclysm.
I'll eat my cookie if anything actually comes from the dozens of abandoned plot hooks from Cataclysm.
(I was going to say I'd eat my hat. But my hat is very expensive and probably does not taste very good, what with it being on my head so often.)
Mar 2nd 2012 7:10PM I am disappointed this video had nothing to do with farming sims on the Super Nintendo.
Feb 10th 2012 12:54PM Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Sylvanas' Leader short story mention that Arthas' corpse is still sitting on the top of Icecrown? Didn't she like, kick it, or something?
I dunno. It's been a while since I read that story, but I thought I recall them mentioning that his body is just... */sunglasses* chilling up there.
Feb 7th 2012 3:23PM Apparently, come 81-85 regular mobs essentially become raid bosses. Tome of the Ancient has a great series of posts about her Ironwoman, Ironsally, and her trials and tribulations at higher levels. I'm still amazed she cracked 85. She's got guts.
Feb 7th 2012 12:21PM I got to hand it to these guys. They know how to turn it up to 11!
For those who aren't aware, the original WoW Ironman Challenge did not include a "no death" clause. It was put together over twitter by Psyinister and myself last year (The original rules can be found here: http://landofodd.wordpress.com/2011/07/06/the-wow-ironman-challenge/ ). The first person to reach 85 under those rules (the ones without the 'no death') was Ironsally from Tome of the Ancient!
It was such a delightful surprise to find that all these good folks across the pond found them and then ramped them up! I applaud all the Ironmen and Ironwomen! You have my profound respect for this. :D
Jan 7th 2012 2:06PM "Demon hunters blind themselves to gain access to "spectral sight""
So, Neo was a demon hunter?
Jan 1st 2012 2:44PM "Galakrond is supposed to be the largest dragonoid to ever have existed"
Except that it's not. There is an unnamed dragon that's bigger sitting at the bottom of the sea just south of the Dragonblight: http://landofodd.wordpress.com/2010/09/17/the-mystery-of-the-giant-dragonblight-skeleton/
