Oct 24th 2011 8:47AM I definitely feel that some of this stuff seems a bit lame, but I will hold judgement till I have actually played through, if there is one thing I have learned from blizz it's that what seems like a lame concept, I actually end up enjoying when it has blizz's finishing polish. I'm not too thrilled about pandarens, but if the class and the new continent are enjoyable, then I will keep playing.
Oct 17th 2011 6:52PM First off, I agree with jelouspirate, you said it's good, don't fuck it all up for a videogame, find a new hobby, or dust off an old one she has no emotional weariness of to fill some time.
If after whichever tactic above you choose, she is still nervous about you getting sucked into raiding again, promising her you will never level a toon above level 84. Worked for a friend of mine in a similar situation, Fiancée had to give up wow for work, she hated that he could still play around his work schedule and that they wouldn't be able to experience any of the cata raids together (they were both hardcore raiders through wrath it was kinda their "thing" that they always got boss firsts together) so he never got a toon above 84. Six months after cat came out, she got better work hours, they both downed raggy together for first time two weeks ago.

Aug 16th 2010 9:29AM "We try to consider all race body types and hairstyles, the animations and movements all races and classes are capable of, different mounts, other pieces of gear, weapons, etc."
Yet blood elf eyebrows are still strong enough to poke through plate helmets ¬_¬

Aug 8th 2010 8:46PM Warrior might not be the most "friendly" class for a newbie but I would say it's the best, my first toon was a prot warrior, I levelled as prot cause nobody told me I shouldn't, and although I have only been playing for about a year and a half now, I am rated as one of the top 20 prot warriors on my server currently, it is not an easy class to play, but out of the other classes I have levelled (shammy, lock, dk, drood, rogue), it is by far and above the one you want newbies to start with, you just don't learn any bad habits levelling a prot warrior, if you do you just end up dying. Very informative for your first time, survivability only topped by a prot pally, you really need to think about what abilities you use in and out of group & rage management isn't as annoying as a locks dots, or a rogue interface, but it's enough to make you pay attention. Just overall I feel it's the perfect balance of survivability, challenge and sink or swim learning.
