Dec 3rd 2011 2:11AM As the PO'ed Boomkin referenced above, I'm happy to report that a scant four days after sending Mat that e-mail, and six days after I discovered my work was stolen, my legal wranglings proved effective and the offenders in question removed the infringing content.
Even though neither I nor the offender was profiting off of my work, I'm one of those people who truly care about the principle, and wanted to teach someone a lesson. I'm just glad it worked out in the long run.
Epilogue: The offender who misappropriated my charter had one entire raid team and half of a second leave his guild when they found out about his true colors (namely, the fact that he has no respect for anyone or anything). His guild only lasted barely two months and it's now effectively dead with it's former members spreading to the four winds. Poetic justice.
Shout out to Scott from Officer's Quarters, who also responded to a e-mail. You were right, Scott - being ourselves and being successful (along with a smidge of 17 U.S.C. § 504 (c) knowledge /wink) led to us being triumphant in the long run.
Nov 14th 2011 2:17PM NO guy travels 12 hours to see "a friend."
Nov 1st 2011 7:35AM So, did anyone else not get the mount again? This year I received two sabers, one plate helm (on my Mage), 10 brooms, and countless pumpkin cloth helms and pets, but NOT that mount! I ran HH daily on three toons, to boot!
Three years and counting now...
Dec 8th 2010 7:08AM It would be awesome to see Ethereal as a class eventually.

You may be having issues because you're unfamiliar with how the "new" prot paladin works. I know there has been discussion of tank threat being lowered (I like to think "gone back to normal levels, not overinflated like it was in Wrath"), but I've yet to have one iota of an issue staying ahead of DPS, and my healers tell me I'm easier to heal than ever before.
My recommendation for you is to do some research and stop acting like a victim. Prot paladins got buffed IMO, you just need to relearn how to play them.
Sep 21st 2010 8:09AM I think we'll see numerous questlines involving righting Azeroth to it's former glory after the invasion of Deathwing and all that has happened in Cataclysm. Like usual, new alliances may be formed, some possibly unheard of.
That, and Ghostcrawler will finally give is that moose pet for WoW's 7th Anniversary. =)
Sep 9th 2010 2:34PM I'm a clicker, have always been, and not once has anyone been able to tell.
I currently tank both 10 and 25-man ICC and RS for my guild and never have an issue.
When I go ret, I'm one of our top DPS.
In fact, as long as they are good at it, I'll posit that clickers have better situational awareness since they're used to having to dart their eyes across their screen, looking at different abilities, cooldowns, etc.
Besides, with the GCD, just how long does it really take to move a mouse less than an inch on your screen? More than a second (with capped haste)? I think not.
Speedy Actions sounds like something right up my alley, though. Can't wait to give it a shot.
May 20th 2010 11:19PM Just now found out about this addon, and I'm surprised it was allowed to continue as long as it has. Kudos to Blizz for allowing it to continue while they obviously thought their decision through, but having never used it, I'm already glad to see it go.
And to think, I was wondering how all those smaller guilds managed to down LK so quickly after he was released.
Mar 19th 2010 8:08AM In vanilla I used to play with the game music on, turned down a bit from default so I could hear Teamspeak. In TBC I basically muted the game and listened exclusively to iTunes, and now, depending on the instance/location, it's a blend of both.
