Getting the windows replaced helped a ton, and cost less than I thought it would. The winter heating bills are already way down from last year.

How to cut your housing costs by adding roommates {WalletPop}

Sep 17th 2010 4:42AM I've discovered selling on eBay, and have given myself the challenge that if I want to purchase something then I need to get rid of something I already own. When you know how difficult it is to make a profit on eBay, for instance selling that expensive moisturiser you bought for a ridiculously low price 3 months later, then you learn to appreciate your money more. Certainly makes me think twice about wanting to purchase an item that is more a 'want' than a 'need.'

How to Save Your Money: 5 Steps to Getting it Right {BV on Money}

Sep 17th 2010 2:15AM I agree with your point. You must be on high doses of antidepressants to go through the current market without some anxiety. His one man. Maybe I have to add a sixth step is to remember not to worry about what you can not control. I think you may be concerned - very concerned - and that is different from anxiety. Often, anxiety takes over and have a life. The concern is well . Anxiety can freeze to take the steps to take. Ultimately, you are right, we can not eliminate the anxiety, but I think it is commendable and beneficial.
