Nov 18th 2011 2:02AM I am totally just loathing this guy's design. I mean, the models look fantastic. Great attention to detail... I just don't like the style. Thor is supposed to be sex on a stick, and built like a s*** brick house. This guy looks armored and not in a good way. Also.. this is going to seem really childish of me, but... the helmet just looks DUMB.

Oct 21st 2011 12:51PM Why have all the character models they've released been neutered?
Oct 18th 2011 12:19PM If its presented in a consumable fashion.. yes. Dragon Age: Origins spent a good deal of time making sure that regardless of how much you read, you knew of the different groups that made up its world. They even went so far as to allow you to know what color Andraste's crap was on a Wednesday at 4pm when you sneezed and tilted your head just so, but to do so you had to read the tomes and piles of literature. They found a balance.
My point is that its all in the delivery. Do it in such a way that I don't feel like I might as well be hacking and magicking at stylized . Do it in a way that I understand why they have pet monkeys drawing their carriages and why this group of murkpods has more warriors than that group of murkpods... Just tell a story without requiring me squint at my monitor for 5-10 minutes reading some intern's "history of the murkpod race". Duh.
Aug 8th 2011 2:11PM Why does that face look photoshopped onto someone else's head?

Jul 26th 2011 2:38PM Those poor women! I'll bet they keep their chiropractors' in business.
Jul 26th 2011 1:05PM To be a bit blunt. But the F@$k does Square Enix know about the changing face of the game industry? I want to see Square Enix be truly novel for once. Not "Ooo look! Four players can (sort of) play final fantasy together at once!"
And when it comes to innovation? Most everyone looks at it and goes "Well, they are pretty and they know how to tell a story...some of the time. Also I guess I pretty much already know how to play their games... So sure! I'll buy them.
Dec 21st 2010 1:51PM Ocarina of Time, getting stuck in a wall in the bottom of the water temple. I had to restart the damned temple from the beginning. And being that this was my first Zelda game ever... it was quite a slap in the face. :P
Dec 8th 2010 11:27AM 200 hours there about. But then I haven't plate since the burning crusade. This could be a nice excuse to get back into the game.
