Sep 26th 2011 4:20AM About the not too squishy part... meh. It's a ton of fun being ele in the arena because of the high burst but if you meet somebody who dispels Flame Shock as soon as you cast it and all of a sudden you're not so hot. And squishy you are due to the lack of any real defensive CDs.
May 6th 2010 6:15PM I'm torn in two between the two factions. My first char was a human Mage and I was crap. All of my weapon skills were maxxed out for my level and it felt natural to me. Guildless (what do you want me to sign? I ain't signing nothing I can't print to read, there are tiny typed clauses at the end, that's how they get you!) I gave up at lvl 47. This was vanilla. I came back as a NE rogue during TBC and saw some Kara, Gruul and SSC but then some RL friends came to my server hordeside and I leveled a shaman with them.
I now have 3 80s, said shaman, a dk and a lock, all hordies and the Alliance days are all behind me. When I'm not reading the lore alliance side. And I roll a dwarf whatever and level it to 10 in a heartbeat. I promptly erase it the second day because I need the roster space for my worgen to be.
Bottom line, Xavius-EU is a horde server, despite percentages not reflecting the difference. Alliance players lay dormant I think, trade is kind of dead and they always look surprised when a raid meets them in Thrall's room and a second one comes in just as the fight starts. It's... not glorious, but it'll have to do. Honor is a hard thing to live by in wow on a pvp server at 3 am on a week night.
For the Horde!
Apr 16th 2010 9:23AM Mankrik's Wife. With all the years that have passed she's still kind of laying around not doing much with the being a beaten up corpse and all. Either battle rez her and make the bruises go away or turn her into a skeleton and give the option to ask upon returning to the quest giver " Duude, how long d'ya, like, wait? Were you high for 5 years?"
