Jul 4th 2010 5:28PM Aw man no love for fire?
There seem to be a few changes to the fire talents that I was hoping would be discussed. For example the complete overhaul of talents like Burning Determination, Playing with Fire, Critical Mass, Pyromaniac, Combustion and Burnout, and the tweaking of talents like Burning Soul, World in Flames and Molten Shields.
Of particular interest to me is how they are incorporating the DoT aspect of the Fire tree into many of the talents. And the talent I find most interesting is the new Burnout which not only increases the range of Fire Blast by 15 yards, but also adds an exciting buff to your Flame Orb.
Its OK if Fire is like your redheaded stepchild, but I happen to find her very attractive. I like redheads..

May 4th 2010 5:20PM reading the few negative comments I just felt I should add a little something.
you might think to yourself "well they shouldn't be playing games over there that's not what I pay taxes for" or "they must not see much action because they have enough time to play" but try to look at it from a different perspective.
as an example, I have a fairly high op tempo, running missions 4-5 times a week. on days when we're not running missions the trucks and gear must be maintenanced. after that we have several miscellaneous tasks to complete. all in all we don't see a lot of down time, yet we do have enough to keep us sane. and on that precious downtime it is a great release and mental escape to just be able to run through azeroth and pewpew things to death.
I just don't want people to get the wrong idea, like we're just sitting around playing games all day. We're working hard for you guys!
May 4th 2010 2:07PM I myself am currently deployed in Iraq, although I have much longer left in my tour than the soldier above (8 months left of a 12 month deployment). This story really hit home with me because what he was describing here is exactly what it is like for me, and I imagine for all wow players deployed. my latency usually sits around 1.5 - 2k which I've found allows me to do dailies and farm. Also on top of my 15 dollar a month subscription, I have to pay 65 dollars a month for wireless internet. I Commend the soldier above on his determination to play!
I really appreciate the little shout out to wow-playing soldiers deployed overseas and I always enjoy all 15mof stories. I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into this site, it is key in keeping me informed on wow and making me feel like a part of the wow community, even if I am halfway across the globe!
