Dec 10th 2010 12:29PM i still miss it. it was a great raid instance. when i heard we would be questing in there, i was happy. i didn't realize it was just one quest. while it was fun, its was a poor substitute for something so awesome. ZG represents the time when Blizzard really hit their stride in making raid content challenging but accessible, and rolled into a really fun package.
Oct 13th 2010 5:01PM i seem to be doing more dps now as ret than pre-patch and i'm having more fun doing it now that i have to keep track of whats going on.
however my biggest gripe about Holy Power, even though i love the concept, is that my eyes are now glued to the corner of my screen and i'm not enjoying the action or paying as much attention as i can to dangers around me. As both a tank and a retribution paladin, I am pretty happy. But my eyes being stuck to the corner is really annoying.
i'm sure a mod will present itself (probably already exists) that will make life much easier for me so its easier to know what i have 3HP built up.
Jul 28th 2010 7:08PM I was worried about that when i was hacked but the technical support forum lets you log in and post only there. So even if an authenticator is attached to your account without your consent, you can still post and get blizzard to help you out.
Jul 13th 2010 9:41AM The show has really started to come into it's own. Great job guys. I think realid episode was a defining moment for you. Really gave wow.com a powerful voice in the community. Looking forward to listening to this one.
Jun 3rd 2010 9:44AM I do the exact same on my paladin. Wings aren't a part of this and its the only thing i'll pop during heroism. often i forget though. but at least my trinkets are popping every time they're ready. for boss fights they pop right at the beginning and by the time we get to burning they're usually ready again.
Apr 27th 2010 9:12AM A couple patches have decreased the time it takes to level meaning whole zones can be skipped now. I remember doing these quests the first time through and having to do the more out of the way quests because they were the only ones that would help level you.
About the Loremaster achievement though, its actually not difficult if you tackle it in stages. There are a lot of great resources out there to help a player on their way such as the wowhead comments and a few websites that focus completely on achievements.
Biggest help to the old school questing player now is the ability to track low level quests. If you tackle this achievement, you might be surprised how fast it can go and how personally rewarding it will feel.
