Jan 12th 2010 9:22AM I completed the game just shy of 15 hours, I picked up about 80% of the chests. It was definitely a great experience. Hopefully, like AC2, their 2nd iteration of this new IP will put a shiny polish on this already great game.
Jan 5th 2010 11:11AM My initial excitement died a terrible death when I read, "ship to retail exclusively for the Wii."

Oct 30th 2009 10:59AM In that case, I completely agree with the lawsuit outcome, it's just that alot of people on here are making blanket statements.
Oct 30th 2009 10:52AM "Except that since they were the ones hosting the contest it falls on their shoulders to do the research and ensure it's safe."
The same thing could be said for sports, people get killed by head, neck, back, heart injuries... is that the fault of the sports team or the parks & recreation group? They voluntarily joined the contest and knew the risks, so are they entitled to 17 million dollars because they died?

Sep 14th 2009 11:41AM I sent in the information to Engadget about getting my unit early. Just to let everyone know why it doesn't work out of the box...
When you go to use anything in the menus or radio, it brings up the box asking to be synched to your computer. When you plug it into your computer, it is able to pull a base driver, but it does not show up as a storage device. Zune recognizes the device and says it needs an update. When you go to retrieve the update, it says no updates are available for the device. I inquired on the Zune.net forums and they said that it will be unusuable until the update is pushed out.
Since most everything was locked down, due to it constantly asking for it to sync, I was only able to see a few new things.
- Screen quality is amazing, as you can see I have an original Zune and a 4GB, the jump from my original is extreme, and from my 4 GB is definitly still much better.
- Volume now has a 0-30 range instead of a 0-20
- under the "more" there is an internet section
Also, the manager had to approve the transaction for the purchase, it kept coming up invalid serial number. The cashier told the manager they had already sold several and that they were on the floor with prices.
