Mar 31st 2012 8:13PM From what I've heard from my friend, Arcane Missiles is still proc-based. Mana managing is still done through stacks. The change simply means that if there IS a Missiles proc, you'll want to use it, and use Barrage to clear the stacks instead.
On a side note, I believe he mentioned something about the procs stacking up to 2.
Mar 31st 2012 3:22PM I like how they'd get mad at THAT and not some of the language that pops up (ex. Garrosh: "Watch your clever mouth, b****.")
Mar 29th 2012 12:28AM IIRC they nerfed the mounting while shapeshifted thing. I remember before, I could by mounted by another dragon, hold ing X and spamming space bar, saying "ITS JUST LIKE THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL!"
Mar 24th 2012 10:08PM I looked through the spells on wowhead. I still saw reagent requirements, but I did notice a racial limitation (only Orcs, Trolls, and Goblins can cast Teleport: Ogrimmar, for example). I don't have the beta, I can't say for sure.
Mar 24th 2012 5:12PM Frosty? Who's Frosty? Oh, you mean Squirtle.
Mar 20th 2012 3:58PM I have to agree with Rai on this; the fight is so imbalanced that I can't even write a story for this. Sylvanas' Ring of Adds completely and utterly destroys the Wrecking Ball mechanic. (Like my names for them?) There's no way Zon'ozz can dodge his ball while trying to smash his way free, and if Zon'ozz is forced to cast his Black Blood after being hit, Ghoul Bang would finish him.
Even assuming he could cancel that cast, he'd still have the damage debuff, which would not fall off before the mechanics repeat.
Sylvanas, for sure.
Mar 19th 2012 1:26AM I looked into Phase Punch a bit further; upon getting 5 stacks, the target is phased for 10 seconds, as opposed to the next Big Bang (which is what I had thought). As such, I can see a hunter hold off Algalon for 10 seconds before his pet fades back in. Druids or DKs though do not have that luxury, and would (probably, I'm just theorizing) be obliterated upon receiving 5 stacks.
Mar 18th 2012 11:22PM Algalon's Phase Punch, after 5 stacks, teleports you into the "Black Hole Realm". And, after that, since there is no one for him to attack, he casts Ascend to the Heavens, killing you.
So, yeah, very hard.
Mar 18th 2012 10:23PM For Horde, Veesha is your anti-Hodir buddy.
Mar 16th 2012 6:22PM It must happen really late.
I'm halfway through the fourth, CURSE YOU.
