Jul 22nd 2011 8:27PM Aah, an epic ending, an impending return to epic humor, and a promise of epic stories to come.
Well done sir.
Jun 9th 2011 10:10PM And here I thought I was the only warrior/shaman player in WoW who loved fist weapons!
Apr 15th 2011 11:20AM Yes, but... well, it was okay, but not really _epic_. Not anything like the scale of the Horde intro to Twilight Highlands.
Apr 2nd 2011 6:30PM Your tanking articles make me want to abandon one of my two Fury specs and go back to tanking.
But then I remember that one group... that pug, in Stonecore, pre-nerf...
Mar 18th 2011 4:18PM the spice must flow!
Mar 6th 2011 12:18AM I'm just really rather sad about the PvP implications. For the first time in... ever, I was actually having fun in PvP, because I could do it as Fury and not feel like a hilarious glass cannon. I don't want to kill a target in a single global, but with these changes I worry that both my PvP and PvE are going to suffer here.
Mar 6th 2011 12:15AM I actually tweeted him about it. But then I read the rest of the article, and apparently we don't get the flurry buff anymore... so it's a less awesome ISWYDT, alas.
Mar 3rd 2011 9:47PM You know, I was on-board for a new raid content patch, though my guild and I are still really scratching at the front door to all the current content. But this... I do not mind this, personally - in fact I like it in my particular case. It's definitely in line with some of the rumblings we've heard, indicating that we (the playerbase as a whole) aren't pushing through the top end raid content fast enough.
Here's the thing - if they follow through on this and actually release 4.2 reasonably quickly after 4.1, then it's a net win, I think. If not... well, there will be a lot of frustrated top-end raiders, and probably a fair amount of bored casuals who are tired of banging their heads against the same content.
Risky, but gutsy.
Feb 12th 2011 5:03PM See, on SMF vs TG I'm sort of opposite - I got a Soul Blade off BoT trash, so I'm doing the SMF thing right now. I appear to be able to do at least as much DPS as TG - but not as consistently, and with trash it can be pretty m'eh. I'm personally thinking this is something mostly to do with me still trying to figure the spec out - obviously it's all the same abilities, but the way rage is generated, management of enrages, and the worth of HS and RB are sort of weird.
It's to the point now where I'm starting to consider a Fury/Fury spec. How sick is that?
Feb 4th 2011 1:27PM I'm all for some 10v10 Alterac Valley. Where everyone gets lost and can't find anyone else, eventually corpse runs through hostile NPCs to arrive at Drek'thar's room and get killed and eaten by wolves.
