I went for Karsh Steelbender, he has the harden quicksilver or what it's called it should have time to drop off before Throngus is done with his shield.

Mar 16th 2011 11:31AM If they say that DPS matters more than total damage done then they are wrong. It's the other way around.

DPS = Damage per second, while a person with a high dps will do more total damage over time it means nothing if they die early in the fight.

The boss has x health, if your raid does x dmg the boss will die. It doesn't matter if you do x dmg in 4 minutes or 4 years (though the boss will most likely have enraged by then and you will all have died from starvation)

To sum up dmg done > dps

I'm sure I've read that this is true but wanted to make sure.

If a person leaves a guild will they start at 0 rep when joining another guild?

Do you think this is a reason why it's hard to find members for raiding guilds? (My guild has seen a big drop in applicants)

Feb 21st 2011 8:16AM We just do a normal boring ss with us and the boss and a logo. Forum is down for Maintenance atm so can't post one of them right now. But we always try and make a really bad pun for every boss, e.g Sending Cho'Gal to the eye-see-you.
