How lag forced me to play a little differently {WoW}

Apr 21st 2011 5:42AM So what kind of latency did you get that forced you to change servers? I get constant 300-500ms or even 1k ms sometimes because I live in South Africa, but my friends and I got along just fine, and we can still play well with the lag. In fact, we were some of the better players in our guild. I guess that's because we used to it and don't know what its like to have constant 50ms. I always wonder if I could be a better player if I had that kind of internet and had a level playing field in PvP etc, because it can still affect those instant moments that are crucial to survival :P

Any chance that Blizzard would put the shaman weapon effects over enchant special effects? Like say the Windfury blue swirling-over-weapon effect over the Crusader shimmering-white effect? I really miss them.
