Feb 7th 2012 8:41PM So, late question for The Queue. I recently got a new laptop, and was looking doing a dual-boot with either Unbuntu or Mint, alongside Windows 7. Will I be able to run and play WoW on the Linux OS, or must I load up Windows to do so?

Jan 24th 2011 11:22AM The funny thing is that she wasn't actually all data mining before the first Heroic Cho'gal kill. If you look at the Heroic Bastion of Twilight tab on the new WoW community site, her name shows up.

On a serious note, this article brings to mind a very interesting question. Cannonicaly, is Magtheridon dead? If we look at history, the 'fel taint' expired from the current Horde Orcs with the death of Mannaroth.
So, if he is actually dead, it makes me wonder what the difference was between the 'Fel Taint' Orcs and the Fel Orcs, in order for Orcs like Mor'Ghor to keep their appearance and red skin, while Hellscream turned from red to green with the death of Mannaroth, almost instantly. Was it just a matter of ammount of blood, or were they infused for massive periods of time with the demon blood? Even time taken into consideration (aprox 4 years from the end of WC3 to WoW, then another year to BC), it almost matches the time the Old Horde were under the corruption of Mannaroth before comming through the Dark Portal.
Lichborne: Frost tanking 101 {WoW}
May 25th 2010 11:41AM With Rune Strike, your best strategy is to litterly macro it onto every one of your rune based attacks (Bloodstrike, Obliterate, Icy Touch, Plaguestrike, Bloodboil). This way you never miss a proc.
I DW Frost Tank, having tanked all but the end wing bosses in ICC 25/10 (alt, so pug alt groups). What I've seen is that as a DW tank, you have the most flexability when it comes to defensive stats. And while yes, slow dps weapons will give you the most threat, having a tank weapon in your OH can help a lot depending on the fight. Saurfang? Take a OH tank weapon with 2% parry (or even both, since threat dosn't matter much on the fight), Blood Princes and you're the caster tank? take a high HP weapon with the spellbreaker enchant for reduced spell damage (awesome if you took points in Acclimation). If you do Arenas, the dps weapons available are technically our BiS, since they're high stam and high damage.
On Acclimation: 1/3 points will still make a difference, especially if there is constant damage. 2/3 is awesome if you can spare the points, but 3/3 is a waste of a point, and undoable unless you are 2H Frost. Check your fight, as most auras won't proc it, but direct damage will.
