Drama Mamas: A fake romance turns real {WoW}

Sep 28th 2011 11:06AM The beginning of your story sounds alot like how I met my boyfriend of 3 and a half years. :) We spent an insane amount of time in game - as friends - but didn't think more of it than that. People were insinuating things and we were flirting a little, but just for fun, of course.

All that changed when we had a guild meetup. We hooked up one drunken night and haven't been apart since. I can honestly say that that evening changed my life. I moved from Sweden to Scotland, found love and I think it's the most exciting and best thing I've ever done. I'm still here, he's still here and we don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

If you think you have feelings for your guildie and your friends have picked up on the connection between the two of you, go for it! It's worth a shot for sure!

Breakfast Topic: Has playing WoW changed your life? {WoW}

Oct 18th 2010 4:58AM I met my boyfriend through WoW, and I moved from Sweden to Scotland to be with him. I'm still here today and so is he. ^^ It's hands down the best decision I have ever made.

Breakfast Topic: Why won't they play? {WoW}

Sep 13th 2010 8:11AM When I asked my best friend to give it a try she told me that it would be too addictive for her and rather than risking getting stuck she preferred not trying at all. And I understand that point of view. If she knows herself well enough to realise that she would get too addicted, that's fine by me.

Breakfast Topic: Does gender influence class choice? {WoW}

Aug 27th 2010 8:28AM Female here. I started playing just before BC came out and I choose a male troll priest, the ugliest one I could make! I levelled as Shadow, but Holy has always been my great love with priests. I dual specced Disc for pvp, but always enjoyed holy more.
My other main, which came along a bit later, and that I'm playing again after a substantial break, is a Prot Paladin. It would never occur to me heal with my paladin, and I find ret a bit meh. I've learnt that it's unusual with girl tanks, but thanking is definitely one of my absolute favourite things to do in the game.
For Cata, I plan on levelling a Worgen Priest since I don't have a priest on my current server. I'me really excited about the changes for both my classes and have no doubts it will be a riot!

Breakfast Topic: My paladin turned out to be a ninja {WoW}

May 27th 2010 9:30AM I once made a female blood elf paladin for a fun low level even that my guild was organising. It was level 5 for about 6 months, but one day I was bored and started levelling it. I thought I was going to hate it, both the pally bit and the fact that she was a blood elf. But lo and behold I loved it. I raced to 70 and went on a tanking frenzy. Very, very good times. :D
