Jun 18th 2010 11:34AM As a healer I love a good hunter who is paying attention and helps to keep me safe. One spot that is nice is in Halls of Reflection. I've had hunters freeze a casting mob or hunter that is one me while the tank is holding the the rest of the mobs. Sometimes I'll hop out of tree form and cyclone it but always nice when a dps does the CC and makes more sense. So step it up hunters...save the healer, save the world:)
May 28th 2010 8:41AM I find it very interesting to see a dictatorship of control on a server. Must be very empowering for the Horde and scary for the Alliance. It has always felt horde dominated in PVP and I agree with Fletcher that their racials seem to be too advantageous ie. War Stomp.
I do agree there has to be a reasonable balance or it is not enjoyable for one faction.
May 28th 2010 5:48AM I've seen a raid leader not award loot when someone had lower dps. I found this absolutely infuriating. It is impossible to get an accurate reading of dps when a lot of times we are so spread out on a boss fight. If that person is doing really crappy on the initial trash, replace them. Don't get them saved to the raid and then not let them roll.
I hate the abuse that goes on with the meter but absolutely agree it is a valuable tool for ones own dps.
May 26th 2010 1:38PM This was actually the first instance I ran when I joined Warcraft. A couple of friends took me and hubby through on our lowbies. He said "empty your bags first" and immediately our excitement rose. I found it awesome. We knew nothing of epics or blues and their value but filled our bags with greens and wool and made out like bandits (so to speak) in our minds. We thought we had made our warcraft fortune hehe.
It was a very memorable moment for sure. I say leave it.
