The Lawbringer: Guardian Cub pros and cons, page 2 {WoW}

Oct 14th 2011 4:40PM My first instinct is "Good on Blizzard". The semi-war on gold sellers and people getting their accounts hacks has created a need for something like this. Why they didn't do it sooner is beyond me. I look at it like this... if I want to spend my $10 to buy a pet I can sell for gold so I can then turn around and buy in-game items, who cares? Why is it anyone else's business what I do with my $10?? Or my gold for that matter!

The Daily Quest: Good idea, bad idea {WoW}

Sep 7th 2011 7:37PM Trying to get some guildies together to do the Naked Dungeon Challenge. We're going to see if we can put two groups together, but if not, one group of us are going to have a ton of fun.

Ready Check: Dealing with a weak healer {WoW}

Sep 2nd 2011 2:43PM ^^ This.

I'm one who doesn't think there is such a thing as heal sniping as much as it's "pissy little brats who think the only good player is the one with the best numbers." Look. In a raid, the healers are a TEAM. If all of them ran around willy-nilly healing whoever the hell they wanted, people would die and internet dragons would go unkilled. The point of being part of a healing team, is, oh, I dunno, healing.

I dunno about the rest of you, but if I were in a guild where the healers are all about big numbers and nothing else, I'd likely find a new guild to call home. Cause I can tell you right now, there's something not right about a guild who "snipes" from each other.

Shifting Perspectives: Predictions for Cataclysm druids {WoW}

Oct 6th 2010 7:12PM God the thing I'm going to miss the most was running around casting Rejuvenation and looking like I was some rabid dog's chew toy and I knew it. I love the terrified look on the Tree of Life's face as Druid's ran around healing. The arms flailing and all.

I'm going to miss it. Terribly so.

*waves goodbye*

WoW Rookie: More Cataclysm changes for newbies and leveling players {WoW}

Sep 2nd 2010 4:49PM @Artificial You're right. And why anyone would downrate your second post because you stated a fact based on what was in the article I will never understand.

Nerfing connotates a negative thing. So Nerfing XP (as is actually stated in the article) would imply making getting XP harder or more bad. Instead the blue post states:

"It is highly likely that we will be bumping up experience gains in Northrend to match the increase(s) we made in Outland when Northrend launched." from This page on the forums

Breakfast Topic: Are you a closet nerd or a flag-waving nerd? {WoW}

Sep 1st 2010 12:27PM Oh, I'm also a knitting and crochet nerd who owns more yarn that 10 people could use in a lifetime. I obsess. This is true. *sigh*

Sep 1st 2010 12:26PM I am definitely an outed nerd. Geek. Whatever. I have been for a really long time. I enjoyed vampires before they sparkled and had weird crushes on humans. I have always enjoyed Star Trek (though I really stopped watching after TNG). I remember seeing Star Wars in the theaters the first time around and had Ewoks for toys growing up. I have a decent collection of anime, though I don't watch much anymore. I love Doctor Who something fierce and have plotted to not only marry David Tennant, but also marry Matt Smith as well (I'll make it happen, somehow). I play WoW a lot less than I used to, but I think that's pre-Cataclysm burnout.

I love the decals on cars. The prints on walls. At some point I'll get around to framing all of my stuff and adorn my walls as well. In the meantime, I offer this little taste of my nerd. Yes it is real. Yes it hurt like hell. (The other wrist was supposed to be the warlock icon, but I wimped out after the first one).

Raid Rx: 5 reasons why you're not getting healed {WoW}

Aug 20th 2010 12:24PM @lunariarath

I'm a Resto druid and I **do** use addons to help me heal (HealBot). And the only thing that's ridiculous is that when I'm in my Boomkin as a DPS I will drop form and heal people. Even though my heals are completely ineffective, I hope and keep my fingers crossed that I will keep someone alive just long enough for a real heal. But the green bars, kills me. Kills me. It drives me absolutely batty that I can't heal people on every toon I have. My Warlock, if she could heal, would also be healing randomly between DPSing. Because that's now the kind of freakin' WoW player I am.

Ha ha ha!

Raid Rx: 5 reasons why you're not getting healed {WoW}

Aug 20th 2010 12:07PM I'm gonna have to go with you on this one. Don't stand in the void zones or the fire (regardless of color). OMFG I CAN'T HEAL THROUGH STUPID!! /headdesk

Also, tanks who like to charge out of range before you've had a chance to catch up. I'm sorry I didn't run fast enough for you, but you effing charged oor. Sorry, I again, can't heal through stupid.
