WoW Moviewatch: Paladin vs. Gnomergan {WoW}

Jul 29th 2007 12:22PM Paladins have soloed Blood Furnace before, and hunters/warlocks soloed Heroic Slave Pens- level 60 or not soloing Gnomeregan is hardly an impressive achievement.

Enter to win a Spectral Tiger Mount from WoW Insider! {WoW}

Jul 26th 2007 10:28AM Well I do like the sound of a big shiny tiger thing which isn't even properly visible, I wonder if I'll turn invisible while riding in shadowform on this :)

World Wide WoW: East vs West, which WoW sites are better? {WoW}

Jul 23rd 2007 5:43PM "The Armory is the 800 pound gorilla of really cool World of Warcraft web features, and the Easterners, so far, don't have it."

Ahem.

Not sure if there's a Chinese one, I don't speak any of these languages anyway- but clearly they do have the armory, although I have no idea for how long they've had it.

Forum post of the day: One time my Astral Recall crit {WoW}

Jul 16th 2007 4:29AM One time my Mind Vision crit and I could see into Blizzard HQ.
One time my Power Word: Shield crit and I found myself tanking.
One time my Vampiric Touch crit and I found myself fondling with Dracula.

Forum post of the day: One time my Astral Recall crit {WoW}

Jul 15th 2007 7:44PM One time my Inner Fire crit and I found myself in intensive care.

Building a better DamageMeter {WoW}

Jul 12th 2007 1:44PM For all those saying that DPS meters are important because DPS should be trying to do max DPS all the time, I disagree with you. DPS should be doing as much DPS as they can without drawing aggro, therefore I find threat meters much more valuable than DPS meters because then you can see how much more DPS you can before you draw aggro and do better.

Forum post of the day: Rez me, unworthy peons! {WoW}

May 7th 2007 11:43AM @9 I agree- it's a frustratingly common attitude to not corpse run and wait for a res. I encounter it from DPS'ers and tanks in nearly every single PuG run I have ever done, never complained about it but after reading this think I will start to!

Forum post of the day: Statements that make you leave a group {WoW}

Apr 2nd 2007 5:10AM @62- Completely disagree with you there, at high level especially, it completely depends on spec. I'm a shadow priest, I rarely heal as it's always better to have a class that is specced for healing, holy specced paladins often fill in this role.

Phat Loot Phriday: Tabard of Laos Flipor {WoW}

Mar 31st 2007 5:19AM I was extremely disappointed when I read the comments and found out it wasn't real- I was about to log on to WoW and get it! Completely fooled me...

Forum post of the day: Statements that make you leave a group {WoW}

Mar 30th 2007 7:52PM @54- Same thing happened to me yesterday, about to do a Shadow Labryinth run but needed a healer, invited someone in and they say "Who's tanking?" The pally, of course. "But pally's can't tank- they're healers!" And they quit the group!
