Aug 3rd 2010 5:57PM For a second, when I first saw the picture at the top of this article, I thought it was another Cataclysm screen shot. I nearly ejected brix.
Jul 6th 2010 1:14PM You guys are hard on this guy. It IS frustrating to see your current top-end raiding gear trivialized so quickly in the same way it would be for any other award you earn be trivialized by new, easily-gotten awards that anyone can get with no work.
While raiding for fun is the heart of it, the gear was a reward for you hard work. For your gear to mean nothing by level 81+ is upsetting to some.
Jul 6th 2010 12:38PM I agree with this entirely, along with most of the commenters thus far. The biggest thing that a guild needs is teamwork and cooperation, which you should have plenty of in a guild of such close friends. Your guild-mates may not be as geared or skilled as you are, but they're still going to give you the best experiences. If you were to jump ship to a new guild, not only do you risk alienating your current guild-mates/friends, but you risk finding yourself stuck in a guild with people who you just don't "click" with as well.
In WoW, a lot of the game's best moments are enhanced when you're witnessing those moments with friends.
Jul 5th 2010 1:56PM Would be a more obvious reference if Garrosh waited a week before noticing the oil spill, and then proceeded to not actually dooooo anything to stop it.
Jul 4th 2010 3:57PM Nothing beats the Human starting zones in terms of tedium. Darkshore and the areas around it weren't so bad, by comparison, I say.
Jun 26th 2010 3:20PM A read-run event might be nice. It's something, at least. Fans of the blog can cause mischief together and harass other Europeans. Fun times.
Jun 25th 2010 8:33PM I made a "don't cross the streams" reference today, and no one got it. I was sadface.
Damn kids, though in this case it was my fiance and family, but still.
Jun 19th 2010 1:47PM I feel like the only one who prefers ChinChilla :/
Jun 19th 2010 1:41PM It's not that we don't have a sense of humor, it's that it wasn't especially humorous. Not terrible, just not particularly original or descriptive. I believe you would be better off linking people to your Vanilla Raids Retrospective page, which is much more informational and get's your actual view across more effectively.
All things considered though, shamelessly plugging your blog on another blog is bad form.
