Is there such a thing as casually hardcore? {WoW}

Feb 17th 2012 1:19PM Honestly, I would think there is a way to be casually hardcore. If you give yourself/your group certain criteria to meet, most would see that as being 'hard core' (such as demanding gems, glyphs, and enchants)...but the playstyle that you raid with would see it as casual as some prefer to have fun while they raid.

Breakfast Topic: When emotions catch you by surprise {WoW}

Aug 3rd 2011 10:02AM I was leveling a worgen through the Southern Barrens, just to see what was going on. The entire zone horrified me. The General that was leading the attack honestly felt guilt ridden that things had gone the way it did, but every single person under his command? No. They were ecstatic. When you moved from the first quest node to the second, you find out that some of the Horde had assassinated him on the way (when he was heading there to disband everything). The envoy took up the 'flag' and announced 'We will kill those savages for our General! It is what he would want!'

...and it the back of my head, my priest was shaking in fury because she remembered how guilty the man felt and how he just wanted it to stop. I had to leave Kalimdor after that. Every time I see the Southern Barrens, I want to turn on MY OWN PEOPLE and raze the, I can't even call them that,...I want to raze those poor excuse for men down to the ground.

Two Bosses Enter: Baron Ashbury vs. Cardboard Assassin {WoW}

Jun 6th 2011 12:04PM Looking up bosses....or heck, looking at the attacks listed in the actual article is hard.

Use the right boss next time, and possibly keep personal commentary out of it if you're writing up a story on the bosses.

Breakfast Topic: What's the saddest quest in WoW? {WoW}

May 12th 2011 12:08PM I...I actually stopped playing my character I was taking through the barrens for about three weeks just because I couldn't stand what was being done there. Now I'm honestly just accepting quests and not reading them just to get out of there, which is something I usually never do.

Patch 4.1: Guide to the new Zul'Aman, part 2 {WoW}

Apr 29th 2011 11:51AM A good way I found to heal the Hazaali fight is to leave one Water Totem up at a time and have everyone ranged stand in it, including and especially, the healer. That Totem does an insane amount of healing and mana regen that I could just sit there and spam Greater Healing Wave.
