Dec 31st 2010 12:12PM Swaaag!
Jul 20th 2010 10:57AM The guild I raid with has a simple loot system: you roll a range depending on what you want it for. 1-25 is RP, 26-50 is Alt/Sidegrade/Off-spec, 51-75 is Want, and 76-100 is Need, one Need roll a night, and if you have killed 100+ bosses in this particular raid, you also have the option of Veteran, which is 101-125, and takes up your Need roll.
Jul 15th 2010 12:14PM There's nothing intimidating about an RP server. Just be careful not to /say anything totally out of character (like talking about levels and XP and hit caps), whispering and channels are usually fine. The biggest difference I've noticed is the names on an RP server mostly aren't stupid, and they won't look at you funny for having random conversations in the auction house.
Jul 12th 2010 12:34PM The best part about Lifeblood with Herbalism is not only does it not use a GCD, it *doesn't break Shadowform*. Best thing ever for my shadowpriest in a fight hard on the healers.
Jul 9th 2010 6:28PM Um, I would give you Kings? Maybe I don't get it, is this supposed to be a trick question or a "will you buff the group" question?
Jul 2nd 2010 6:21PM Your diatribe about soda missed one option: *diet* soda. It's got just as much caffeine without all the sugar and calories. Some people don't like it but usually can get used to the taste, especially when you're dieting anyway.
Jul 2nd 2010 3:03PM That's what I thought as well, and maybe they thought they were being funny, but it still feels a bit... off.
Jun 26th 2010 4:22PM Killik: It's actually not the last thing the hackers would expect... "password" is one of the most common passwords used.
Jun 25th 2010 4:56PM I've seen so many screenshots of UI's with the quest tracker not there, but I haven't been able to find an option in WoW's interface to turn it off. Is there an addon I need or is there a checkbox I'm just not seeing?
Jun 18th 2010 3:02PM Peer pressure, in this case, doesn't mean "Dude, come, we really need you right now!" It means "Hey, were you coming to raid tonight?" It means "I have his phone number. You want me to call him and see if he can come?" Networking amongst your raiders, basically - so that the raid leader doesn't have all the responsibility. If one of your raiders is on earlier in the day and reminds another, "Oh yeah! I forgot that was tonight," that's one less you have to track down, and all because of peer pressure.
