Jul 15th 2011 6:37PM Like many of the people who have already commented, I often find myself begging people to use stuff from the guild bank. It's safe to say I post a "Feel free to use GBank goodies" guild MOTD at least once a month. I do make sure to keep each rank set to a reasonable amount of withdraws so they don't abuse their rights to the guild bank, but all but our most recent recruits have access to withdrawing items from every tab. However, when someone does take out an excessive amount of mats or something, I do ask them to try and replace them when they can, or simply deposit an equal amount of gold so that others can also make use of similar mats.
As for the low level stuff people rarely use, I tend to keep a stack of the low level mats on hand at any given time, and sell the excess for guild profit so that it doesn't clutter up the bank, since we don't have a bunch of guildies needing Light Leather, Copper Ore, or the like. If I do know that someone is using a certain type of low level mat for a period of time, I will hold on to that excess a bit longer than usual simply so they can make use of what my alts have been gathering and not using.
Jul 3rd 2011 3:28AM A friend of mine got me interested in EverQuest - and then my uncle got my dad interested in EQ as well. So my parents got two EQ accounts and I played on those for quite a few years. Just as my whole family was really starting to lose interest in EQ, EQ2 and WoW were getting ready to come out. Since no one really wanted to continue with EQ in any form, we decided to check out WoW once it released - and we've been hooked ever since!
Mar 18th 2011 12:54AM I vaguely remember one of my pets losing it's loyalty and, instead of running away, it turned around and attacked me! Or, I'm just remembering it wrong *shrug*. I will say, I do NOT miss the old pet skill/talent system by any means though! What a nightmare that was!! I ended up keeping the same cat from level 10 for a LONG time, mostly because I didn't want to re-level/train another pet - and when I did, I kept it a cat, so I wouldn't have to change the meat & fish I was constantly carrying in my bags to keep it happy.
When I realized happiness was going away, I just shrugged and moved on with life, as I don't even think about it now with all the nice little pet "happiness talents" we have.

Oct 15th 2010 1:57PM Yeah! I was talking to one of my guildies about it this morning and just as I was talking about it, I went to my Curse client and found myself to be VERY happy! :D
