Nov 12th 2010 7:48PM Wall of text ftw? After I read that I totally agree. I've been playing video games since as long as I can remember. I also even remember my dad letting me watch some episodes of South Park when my mom was out of the house for an hour or so. My very first real game (I used a Leapster for a long time (one of those old, clunky, microsoft sam inspired ones that only had things from textbooks) before I started) that I played was Super Smash Bros. Melee. I read fairly well (my eyes aren't as good as they used to at 13 (will always be blurry until I focus on them (takes me ~3 seconds to do that and unless I keep looking at it it'll get blurry again)) and I'm good in many subjects. I think parents are being too ignorant about games (OMG HE KILLED SOMEONE THIS ENTIRE GAME IS BAD!!!!!!) and if they took the time to look at some of the games like Assassin's Creed II they would find out it's not so bad (A-C II has a GREAT plot for example).
Nov 12th 2010 7:26PM "I saw little Timmy playing this game called Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for this thing called a Play...DS.....Box...thing!!!!! It showed blood and guts and it even had a picture of a GUN on it!!!!!! What should we do government??? Now he's going to be a psycho-rapist and/or mass murderer because he's getting all these ideas from this HORRID game!!!!!!!!!!"
What the government should do:
"Did you buy the game?"
"I dunno, I think."
"Did you read the label?"
"Exactly. It's your fault he did this."
"MY fault? How is it MY fault????"
"You willingly bought the game with a big label on the side that said 'M' on it and if you had the common sense you would flip it over and read the back instead of going 'ok honey!' and strolling off into la-la-land."
Oct 27th 2010 8:10PM Lol I noticed they added jiggle physics :P
Oct 23rd 2010 4:39PM I hope cata gets like 5 or 6 patches. They have enough lore figures to have enough.
Oct 21st 2010 9:55AM When I first went into the Dark Portal. It was amazing. WotLK's opening wasn't as good: Ok all aboard to ___! loading screen and then we fly in. Not that amazing. The quests were good though.
Oct 16th 2010 10:10PM Steelseries WoW Mouse: AKA the More Expensive But Worse Razer Naga. Seriously the current one costs $100 still and the Naga is at least $20 lower. For WoW it is ok the buttons are default bound to easy keys (Shift-B for opening backs, Shift-M for miniminimap, Autorun, Character pannel) for lazy people, and any game outside of WoW is a PAIN to configure (I've had it for 2 months and I still can't figure out how to make the keys bound to MOUSE5 or something. They're bound to keys like C V Num Lock B R etc. I have a feeling Blizz will pull an Activision (aka keeping the game at the exact same price all the way until the next comes out) on it. Just buy the Naga it's a lot better.
Oct 16th 2010 12:33PM It made it worth playing for more than about an hour a day (spread over about 4 15 minute sections). This is the first time I tested out a good rotation instead of reading wowhead (I find the best Destro rotation for me is CoE>BoD>SB+SF>Immo>Corr>Conflag>CB>Incin spam and then keep up dots, use Conflag/CB always when I can, and use SF when needed (or procs)). Gonna try my DPS on my DK and then level my mage.
Oct 9th 2010 5:49PM I don't even understand how you can get over 700 people without a bunch of alts. I've NEVER seen a 1000 member guild, or even a 700 member guild.
Oct 3rd 2010 11:31AM Yes. I have about 4 WoW friends and I met my first WoW friend at level 40 and he just recently came back. One has always been here (he's kinda an asshole), one quit for some reason, and another came back too! Now if only the asshole one can quit....
Sep 30th 2010 2:28PM They need more cinematics like this and not those lazy "let's just do the entire thing in a special version of WoW with no related movements whatsoever!!!"
