May 10th 2011 3:24PM Personally, I'd say part of the issue is recycled content. The new Deadmines are fun, but in the end. It's the same instance. Ditto for SFK, and then Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman. I loved the instances, but I'd rather have had something new, rather than rehashed old. Which seems to be the theme of Cata thus far to a degree. In addition, as others pointed out, the content as well. I'm all for a challenge myself, I like challenges, and while I didn't mind doing the new Heroics, even if they took a while, the HOUR long queues for DPS was horrendous. Especially with the drop rate. Tanks and healers had it easy. If DPS were in a group and your tank and healer dropped, you had another hour long queue. So an hour long instance, ended up taking three hours. Or more.
Jun 29th 2010 10:46AM Personally, I sort of dislike the new quest system. I'll admit, going back to the quest givers is an /utter/ bitch, but.. I don't know, it feels sort of like it's taking away from the game a bit. Sure, it might be hell to do, but it's /my/ hell. You know? I mean, I've thought numerous times how annoying it was go go from Undercity, down to Stonard, and back again or whatever, but... Meh. It jsut doesn't sit well with me, sort of like the random diungeon finder and the like where people seem to have a hard time finding instance entrance's because they never explored the area or went in the normal way.
