Jun 3rd 2011 5:59PM You should always be hit capped %17, but only exactly hit capped or as close as you can get while keeping up haste and crit at even levels, dumping mastery. The program Rawr will maximize your stats so you're perfectly hit capped but not wasting stats on mastery or an imbalanced crit/haste.

Jan 25th 2011 11:56AM I've been saying for a long LONG time that they should stop worrying about having the mechanics work the same in PVP and PVE, and just have two sets of effect based on one or the other.
The only thing that makes you do is learn how something works in one scenario vs the others. IE be skilled with your abilities even more. It's not that hard.
Quite frankly I'm sick of seeing PVE abilities nefred because of PVP considerations. It's two different styles of gaming.
Apr 24th 2009 6:11PM The whole game is slowly getting "dummed down". i don't know what Blizzard is really thinking but I finally see an eventual end in sight for them.
1. Old content and rep gets discarded because they don't have the cycles to back-fill them to make them work for level 80 players. They never put a system in place that makes it easy to "level equate" old content. And how about all the old rep that's worthless now?
2. Lets make all classes exactly the same to cater to pvp. I'm starting to feel like cattle.
3. Lets make the WHOLE game easy now so my 11 year old cousin can play any content.
The game is quickly becoming a joke. Can i just push a button please and watch the game play itself? then maybe i can watch it in the background while I'm playing something else.
