There's something to be said for keeping people in character to a certain extent. Letting people look like whatever they want would break immersion. I'd be in favor of extremely limited vanity options- like, only tier sets you've already collected or something.

In tirisfal, it's exactly what you described. However, in silverpine and the plaguelands, you kill farmers, raise them 5 seconds later, at which point they moan "forrr sylvannass..." in zombie-speak. You then get to command them and tell them to mow down their former friends and family.

Dec 17th 2010 2:13PM Well, nothing ever truly disappears from the internet. Google keeps backups of everything- they keep permanent versions of websites that are altered day to day.
Have you ever seen an image in a google search and clicked on it only to find that the image doesn't exist at its regular location? It's kinda scary!
