Sep 24th 2011 9:46AM I don't remember my actual very first day of raiding...I think it was vault of archavon.
But I basically cut my teeth and learned to raid in ICC. Even now, after I've killed (an admittedly nerfed) Ragnaros and all the preceding content, if I walk into Icecrown Citadel and hear "This is the beginning..." my stomach knots up in anticipation.
Sep 12th 2011 9:38PM This is actually a valid point. Maybe they're needing heroic along with regular so that more people CAN get a look at heroic rags. After all, blizzard put all this effort into designing these insane fights, why wouldn't they want more people to have the chance to run the encounter?
Jun 9th 2011 3:10PM Lol, I thought the same thing, along with "wow, this really emphasizes the giant man-hands female night elves have".
Other than that (which can't be helped), this was a lovely piece of animation. The movements were so subtle and delicate, which gave the whole movie a kind of tenderness that I don't often see in a lot of machinima.

It's just a matter of what you're used to then I suppose. I'm used to healing a warrior friend of mine. I feel most comfortable healing warriors...go figure =P
Jun 7th 2011 4:55PM I really don't like healing dk's. Even the good ones. It's just the manner in which you guys take damage. It seems like you plummet down to fifty percent health, and I'm getting all my hots rolling on you (my healer is a Druid) then going "oh s**t" while I slap the healing touch button like a redheaded stepchild. Then all of the sudden, while I'm midcast, your health springs back up to full again. Ugh. It's nerve wracking, really.
With the other three tank classes, I can predict the damage. Seeing a big spike in damage means that something's going wrong for a warrior, pally, or bear. With dk's, it's just another day in the life.
That's just my opinion. :)
Jun 5th 2011 11:37AM I didn't have any trouble using my debit card for this or any of the other microtransactions I've participated in.
Jun 2nd 2011 10:51AM Hurray for two stat sticks. I've been raiding this content for what, six months now? Malevolence has dropped ONCE for our raid team. Oh, yeah, and it was won by the feral tank who I brought into the guild on his very first night of raiding with us.
I still have Rockslicer. Go me.
May 31st 2011 3:16PM I bought it. It is so amazingly cool on my spriest that I'm actually going to start leveling her again.
If the sparkle pony was made from the tears of noobs, this thing is made from their blood =D
May 31st 2011 1:53PM I was very "meh" about the sparkle pony. This, however, sets my do-want meter to *drool*.
May 26th 2011 4:58PM DUBIOUS DISCLAIMER:I don't want this comment misconstrued as bigoted.
China DOES have a fairly well-known reputation for violating human rights, if not directly, then by looking the other way when violations occur. It's a shame that WoW is caught up in this mess. Outside of either making sweeping changes to the game's internal economy to make gold selling unprofitable or somehow banning people in China from playing (if they cannot access the game, they can't sell gold) - which would be hugely detrimental to Activision's bottom line, I dont see how they can put a complete stop on these kinds of disturbing activities. It is good that it gets reported, however. Societal fungi like this does best undercover.
