Jan 5th 2011 10:57AM You can also get a rogue to ToT to one of the ranged and then spam FoK on them to slow them down and do big AoE damage.
Jan 5th 2011 10:52AM As the tank, when you get eaten, you can actually dps the exposed head for double damage while you are up there :D
If you're a druid and feeling confident in your tank healer you can even go cat form, blow berserk and survival instincts, and do some pretty sick damage on him. The annoying thing is, the damage you do doesn't seem to show up on any dps meters other than your own :S
Dec 31st 2010 6:57AM This achievement was a nightmare as a feral druid, as soon as you shift to a feral form it drops the buff. I had to run around in groups and just do my best to root/cyclone etc. Healing/offensive abilities just aren't possible due to the high mana cost/low damage output :(
For anyone who was in those bg's with me, I appologise for not contributing much...
Dec 31st 2010 6:24AM The Dark Command and Shadow Strike isn't cast very often so if the tank can interrupt reliably on the boss it makes this much easier. The real problem we found with this achievement is the damage that the Evolved Zealots do on the tank. The strategy we used was to allow a Zealot to evolve and then have our feral tank (me) use a strong cooldown, then we'd burst down that one. I would take control of interrupting the dark command with skull bash while everyone else focused on ensuring the shadow strike was interrupted while they dps it down.
The boss herself doesn't actually do much damage so once the first Evolved Zealot is down you can chill for a bit and allow the healer to regen some mana before releasing the second one, then rinse and repeat until they are all dead :D
Dec 29th 2010 4:03AM Just put a ticket in and if that toon hasn't been used for a while they should allow you to have the name, and will enforce a name change on the existing toon.
A friend of mine has done this recently following a character migration.
Nov 5th 2010 8:13AM PvP Battlegrounds - you run in like rambo and kill one or two enemies, and feeling a little smug you turn around to click on the...DAMN IT...someone ninja'd my base capture!!!
Jul 29th 2010 11:40AM I recently discovered that playing wow lowers my IRL reputations, especially with the factions ‘girlfriend’ and ‘children’. Since Wrath is drawing to a close I’ve been spending time grinding these back up from ‘friendly’ and am currently half way through honoured.
On the professions tab IRL things are going pretty good other than the ‘fitness’ secondary skill, which was at 1. I’ve found that by raiding the gym on heroic mode this is increasing steadily and I'm now at about...well...2
Work/Life/WoW balance – this should be a feat of strength...
