1. all this talk of fury made me think if a similar system of building a resource to enter a more-effective fighting state would work well for fury warriors.
2. It would be interesting if taking PvE damage added to your demonic fury, allowing you stay in the form longer/cast more spells from it. This would open up some interesting pinch-tanking options.

Mar 18th 2012 3:30PM Before the change to ranged weapons I always thought blizzard should have let arms warriors incorporate their ranged weapon somehow into combat. It seemed to fit the soldierly thing. but alas...

I agree that sometimes playing a warrior seems boring, so I'm excited they're thinking outside the box for warriors. For a long time they didn't seem to have any imagination for the class.

Mar 8th 2012 11:35AM While the idea of a "new" evil sounds cool, if it doesn't relate to the overall WoW story arc then the whole xpac will feel like a side show. Like that one episode of an action show that introduces some incredible evil that's defeated in 30 mins and never spoken of again.

There's already the Legion and the Old Gods as the primary evil forces, plus a handful of various subsidiaries wreaking havoc. To introduce a third independent evil would just make things more complicated.

Of course there are other, more novel ways to tie a new malevolent force to the overall story plot, Blizzard just has to find them

Mar 6th 2012 4:06PM Technically, PvP gear could always have the same PvE stats, but each tier of PvP gear only increase the PvP stats. That would be boring, however.

Feb 17th 2012 3:53PM Fun fact: DOTA was based on an earlier game called Aeon of Strife, and before DOTA dominated similar games were called "AoS" style games. I believe the first AoS originated in the Starcraft Mod community.

Man, I loved classic, Reign of Chaos DOTA, wasted many good hours there. Never caught on to Allstars, though. Too much clutter.

Feb 16th 2012 1:26PM You know, I've always thought it would be cool if they rolled the 6% crit reduction into tanking stances, rather than specs. That would allow arms, frost, fury, unholy, ret, cat druids, etc. to tank older content, while leaving the "real" tanking specs to tank raids and such. I would love to build a fury or arms tanking spec.
