Breakfast Topic: What outside things do you associate with WoW? {WoW}

Nov 22nd 2011 12:19PM I was talking to a friend last night about a problem I'm having at work. I need to set up a raid and I didn't know which would be right. He asked me why I was concerned with a raid group? Raid-Redundant Array of Independent Disks. Not a wow Raid. lol I got a kick out of that.

Breakfast Topic: Are players becoming too entitled? {WoW}

Nov 18th 2011 9:50AM I quit WoW last month and began play on a Vanilla server. I know the deal I don't need to be preached at about it. But I have to say I haven't had this much fun in WoW for a long time. World PVP is alive and well, the player to player world interaction is awesome, and it's a high pop server. Just like back in the day on retail. I am happy as a pig in poop. I would pay WoW to have a vanilla server, and I know people have been asking about it but Blizzard isn't interested thus my accepted alternative.

I think the trouble atm is the content is too available. Don't start with the leetist crap because I'm no leetist. lol When my friends and I started playing in Vanilla we would see these people in full t1, t2, and some t3. We knew that golly gosh we probably wouldn't get to have gear like that for a long time. It was something to work for, and yes it took us a long time to get that gear, and when we finally got it, it was awesome, and life was good. Now you look at someone's gear and think well all I have to do is farm badges and I'll have that stuff in a week or two. Not very fulfilling to me.

Things that killed my wow experience: Cross server BGs, flying mounts, Dungeon Queue system, removed class quests for spell abilities, removed dungeon gear, increased experience gains while leveling, Bind on Account gear, removal of 40-man raids, tons of changes to player abilities and talent trees. I could go on but I won't.

Breakfast Topic: Is Azeroth's technology too advanced? {WoW}

Oct 15th 2011 8:09AM First.

Yes sometimes it is disturbing but mostly acceptable.
