Mar 26th 2012 8:07AM That's what always baffled me, like you said, in a world of undead, cowpeople, spacesquidgoats and shapeshifters. Why are Panda(ren) so out of the question for many people?
They're not any more ridiculous than some of the other races, maybe a bit cuddlier but that's about it. I've always accepted them as to be a fun new race to have around.

I have a character of each class (maxed) and enjoy them all, some more than others ofcourse, but I enjoy them all.
Feb 24th 2012 3:44PM I remember Blizzard saying that 25m would reward same quality but more "at the end of the maze". But that's been completely scrapped, both give the same amount of VP per boss and the same amount of loot / raider (0.2 item per player per boss)...
I wonder where their original statement went...

Feb 16th 2012 12:05PM About your problems with the cross pattern, try making one line to a beacon to the left of your source beacon, one line straight to the beacon to the right, and from that right beacon a line to the one opposite the source.
Then have the people who are not in a line (all healers + some spare) stand in the middle, they can reach everyone with heals and don't get damage from the chain.

Like that, it worked really good for my guild.
And on top of that you can break your particular line after your target beacon gets charged, reducing incoming damage even further.

A while back I read something here that made me think about this, and todays column "7 wishes for guilds in Mists of Pandaria" - point 6 did it again.
When blizzard started with combining 10/25man raid lockouts and intending them to be the same difficulty, they stated that 25mans were to be more rewarding because of the higher effort required. (If I remember correctly that is.)
I myself raid 25s cos I enjoy them more, and been checking with some friends in a 10man guild and it seems that that idea is all gone.
We get the same amount of VP/boss, in 25m they drop 5 items and in 10m 2 (both 1 item per 5 players), and when it comes to tier tokens it takes 25mans even longer (1 item per 12.5 players vs. 1 item per 10 players).
Has blizzard ever released any kind of statement about this change, because I haven't been able to find it, and it kind of sucks to be honest...
Jan 15th 2012 8:08AM I've got a transmog set that matches the class (and sometimes specific race) for 9/10 characters now, 2 sets on some and even 4 with a wide variety of weapons & shields on my main.
I love that my characters now actually look like their class!
Jan 12th 2012 11:10AM I have two additions to make:
1. Use your threat redirects & resets (Misdirect, Tricks of the Trade, Invisibility, Soulshatter, Feign Death, Vanish, Cower, Fade, Hand of Salvation). Pretty sure I missed something but use them.
2. When you get high on threat (or overaggro), do the above and damage some other target for a bit to let the tank get a threatlead on your first target again.
Oh, and 3.
Don't dps in Blood Presence, Defensive Stance or with Righteous Fury on. Specially the first seems to happen a lot.
