Aug 6th 2011 7:53AM Most definitely not 4% more like 90%. Read the ability closely: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=99353/decimating-strike
"and reduces the target's healing done by 90% for 4 sec."
Aug 5th 2011 1:06PM On alysrazor, to make sure I went through the rings I wait until I hear the "woosh" sound. It's so easy to miss it and fall.
Aug 5th 2011 12:50PM Tanks lose their self healing in between decimation blade swings, so DKs are not that great at dealing with it.
Jul 18th 2011 1:28AM Main problem with this strat is some groups with less dps can't kill the boss before the enrage timer hits, so use it cautiously.
Jun 29th 2011 5:13AM He is a tauren, but he used to be a dwarf ^^.
Jun 3rd 2011 7:16AM But they make horribad resto shamans.
May 3rd 2011 11:09AM I'm a member of the third raid group in my guild. On my first night with them, we failed horribly at Magmaw with a holy pally with 333 ilvl who couldn't pull his weight, and a bunch of other people, myself included, who had almost never seen a raid before.
Now we are 11/12, attempting Nef and heroic halfus this week. Our dps which was once hovering around the 10k mark, with some members above, and some below, shot up to 15k min on most fights.
I doubted a lot, but in the end my raid-mates proved me wrong. Even the most unlikely of the bunch destroys the meters and responds to mechanics like a boss.
Just stick with it, even the worst will improve. Just get yourself a core group.
