May 12th 2011 4:06PM according to the authors' comments, there's two people who worked on the video, ha. One already has a job with http://www.dneg.com/ and is working on a disney movie actually. The other has a job with http://thesite.dice.se/ and is working on Battlefield 3.
Sep 6th 2010 1:17PM When you say immune to most everything, what kinds of things is it _not_ immune to?
Aug 9th 2010 10:37AM I spent about 11 days of /played time to get Insane in the Membrane (I -think- I was second on the server, Mavravela - Shu'halo, US). I got a few gratz from my guildies, and one 'nice' from someone nearby.. ever since then, not an ounce of recognition. qq But I always make sure to /salute anyone with the notable old-school pvp titles, and I spend a minute researching the raid history of that guy with shadowmourne/that awesome glowy tabard.
Some advice to those who are serious about working on that stupid insane title, it can be 'easier' if you want it to be, not necessarily easy, but still 'easier'. Make a routine out of each grind, something you can do mindlessly and relaxed. Put on some music. Talk to friends. If you can multi-task with the grinds and keep them in the background, you'll be surprised at how much you can get done per hour. bloodsail can be done in one night, just ask in trade 'Anyone wanna get the Bloodsail Admiral title with me?', get a group of 3-5, and kill all the bruisers you can find. on normal servers, only the auctioneers will flag you. The pirates just south of ratchet are great for getting your goblin rep back up, as they're relatively close together and will respawn quite quickly; they're on the shore and the hill above the shore, big oval shape for ease of routine. I farmed lbrs for lockboxes (don't forget glyph of pickpocketing) all the way to the boss, auto-loot it all and delete what you don't want so that when you run about halfway back their pockets will be magically filled again! O: You can also go to Tyr's hand, as I did when I got sick of that place. The undead areas in Dire Maul - West for librams is most time-efficient, also check ah for them. all the pristine diamonds and shards I bought from ah, and the other mats for shen'dralar enchants can be grinded pretty quickly. For Dmoon Faire, just camp ah for trinket decks (all 12 kinds), and resell the trinkets. if you have an herbalist/scribe, farming sholozar can be a good way to spend time on it. If you're poor (like I was, all the time), get to know some of the people who sell these trinkets, they might try to help you out in some ways. Always always always, if you have an idea of how to do something better, check the wowhead comments on as many things as you can for more tips and ideas, you'll save yourself loads of time.
I tried to make it as short and in-depth as possible, but there's much I left out. Such as, actually buying dual-spec so that I could have Fleet-Footed _and_ Shadowstep when farming lockboxes. Enjoy mild psychosis. :(
