Mar 17th 2011 12:44AM I still really wish we'd never killed Illidan. No matter how I try to look at his story, any angle I try to approach it from, I just feel... bad. He's one of those characters who always had good intentions, but chose the wrong way of going about them. I'm not saying he should have gotten off scott-free for the things he did, but this game could do with a little more mercy at times instead of "Oh, this guy spat on my shoes, bring me his head."
Mar 10th 2011 2:16PM Twill, agility is better for bear tanks than straight dodge in every situation. Unless the situation is gemming; if you need a blue gem use the stam + agility one, or the stam + dodge one, not the straight stamina one.
For the most part go for socket bonuses. You shouldn't have any problem with gemming to meet them, and even if the bonuses aren't great you aren't going to kill yourself with gemming Stam + Dodge instead of straight agility :>
(Actually, looking at my gear I don't know what I didn't gem straight agility + stam in blue slots... I must have had a brain fart :x From everything I've read though agility is superior because it gives you dodge, attack power and armor instead of straight dodge.)
Mar 4th 2011 9:11AM @Khirsah,
Yes, changing a spell icon upsets the balance of the game...
Feb 11th 2011 10:27AM Omnom Dr. Who.
Feb 3rd 2011 4:17PM I don't understand why everyone hates on Metzen for doing the voices for some of the characters he, you know, created.
Anyone who writes and RPs who dares to tell me that if their characters became part of a multibillion dollar franchise, or even turned into some form of animation/movie/video game and you actually still retained the RIGHTS and ability to provide voice acting for your character (provided you thought you were capable of, you know, making your character sound how they sound in your head) that you wouldn't so it :/
Yes, Blizzard has the money to hire outside voice actors. They could do it in a heart beat. But even if Blizzard is a video game, and these Lore characters are bosses, you have to remember; they are still characters. Made by someone. Thought up, created, born from their brain. I'm not surprised he wants to do the voices for his mind-babies, and it's not like there's anything wrong with that :c
Jan 31st 2011 8:22AM No, mastery does not affect Lacerate damage. When you switch to bear form you proc the Bear's mastery, Savage Defense. The two different forms have two different masteries.
Considering the fact that A) cats tend to generate a lot of threat through their high bleed damage and B) Lacerate clearly states on it that it 'generate high threat' your 'pop into bear form when low on energy' idea is not advisable. You should remain in cat form letting yourself melee attack until you have the energy up to continue applying the priority buff/bleed/debuffs.
Jan 17th 2011 10:29PM Why would I stop saying that it's because I'm staring at their asses....if it's the truth? XD
Jan 3rd 2011 2:36PM You know what's really kind of pathetic and disgusting? The fact that people honestly think that just because you roll one faction over the other you're immediately x kind of person. For goodness sake, all of you need to rip the sticks out of your asses and remember this is a video game. Horde people aren't really burning your houses, and Alliance members aren't racially cleansing your neighborhoods IRL so chill the eff out :|
Dec 27th 2010 4:13AM Other casters can't use shields. As far as I'm aware, other off-hand weapons aren't as good as sheilds, and since those classes can't use shields they would use a staff.
Dec 27th 2010 4:11AM Yes, it's called Baradin Hold. It's essentially the same idea as Vault of Archavon. :P
