Aug 26th 2011 1:00PM @jude There was one murloc pet made available in game. Murkimus.
My favorite Blizzcon exclusive is the Murloc suit.
Mar 24th 2011 2:00PM I want even more than this. I want graphs of past auction prices and volumes. I want charts like the Undermine Journal's. I want to be able to see all the items from all my characters on one faction on a server and post from one screen instead of switching around between my glypher, my jeweler, my alchemist, my miner, my herbalist, etc. I'd like to be able to search for auctions and choose which toon to bid from, instead of switching back and forth.
I'd like item levels on things like enchanting mats and scrolls.
I'd like more features too. I'd like to be able to place timed orders, limit & stop orders. I'd like to be able to transfer money & items between toons of the same faction on a server. I'd like to be able to drop items directly into the guild bank.
I'd like to be able to craft items through the remote.
Mar 10th 2011 12:21PM Not only that, but in a game that relies on multi-generational lore, it's pretty easy to write yourself into a corner. You're also going to have to bloat your lore with the societal issues surrounding it when most people don't even bother reading the quest text. Are they adopting? We don't even have standardized descriptive terminology for gay spouses in real life. King and queen becomes king and consort? You have a playable race in game that is asexual and can't reproduce (forsaken).
It's pretty common and not a big deal in the lore for a straight romance to go sour and one member of the couple turns into a super-villain, but it's going to cause people to question your motives if you turn a gay character into the villain that murders a town full of innocent people.
Mar 9th 2011 5:13PM We priests do get a lot of fun stuff.
and now Leap of Faith is good for lots of laughs in raids.
Jan 28th 2011 1:44PM The raid frames are 100x better than they used to be, but they're not quite enough for me yet.
There are still certain things I need to see (and class mechanics are built around) like Weakened Soul debuffs or time remaining on a Renew.
Blizz is getting pretty darn close though.
Jan 28th 2011 1:29PM Healbot- I've already got mouseover macros built for patch days, but I'm faster with Healbot and it's easier to configure on-use trinkets & engineering tinkers.
ReagentRestocker- Auto-repair, auto-sell junk. I keep expecting Blizz to add this to their default UI.
Bagnon- Replaced ArkInventory. I keep expecting Blizz to add a "combine bags" checkbox into UI settings.
BankStack- Autostack your inventory. Replaced Mr. Plow.
Auctionator- Replaced Auctioneer as it just got too bloated with thing I never used and had to turn off with every update.
Altoholic- I. Love. This. Addon. Keeps track of my alts inventories, reputations, professions, recipes, cooldowns, restedxp, glyphs, gear. Everything.
Gathermate2- Replaced Gatherer.
Addons that I used to need, but have been replaced by Blizz (even though the addons were usually better): PowerAuras, Omen, LightHeaded, QuestHelper, EquipCompare.
DBM is almost gone. I can usually rely on one player turning on raid announcements.
Jan 28th 2011 1:00PM I used to use Gatherer. I now use GatherMate2.
Jan 28th 2011 12:54PM If you've got Altoholic, you won't need AllPlayed to see rested status. Altoholic shows that too on the characters tab.
Altoholic is a great addon. I especially like how it tells you when things like transmute cooldowns or heroic dungeon lockouts are about to expire on another character.
