BlizzCon 2010: Update on man injured during dance contest {WoW}

Oct 26th 2010 4:57PM It's nice to see somebody from Bladefist putting out some effort. Half the dps I meet in random heroics from Bladefist barely know how to auto-attack.

Raid Rx: Settling the over healing question {WoW}

Jul 19th 2009 4:37PM Nit-pickers think people overheal now? The new Beacon of Light will make their heads pop. Give me a Val'anyr and the new Beacon and I'll need my own guild tag: OVERHEAL!

That being said, it should be looked at if your healers are OOM'ing. But the first fix should be firming up healing assignments and enforcing them, maybe switching one healer to dps.

And though I have yet to see him, overhealing on Vezax is probably something to watch closely.

Oracles or the Frenzyheart, which did you choose? {WoW}

Jan 9th 2009 1:21PM NEITHER: farming ore is so much easier when both factions are at neutral.

Detroit Auto Show: A conversation with Ed Peper {Autoblog}

Jan 11th 2007 12:34PM That is one thing I've wondered about:

Toyota and Honda are selling 2 models to Ford & Chevy's 3.

Corola, Camry
Civic, Accord
vs.
Focus, Fusion, 500
Cobalt, Malibu, Impala

I'm sure each company has justifications, but this has lead to several things:
*late model Corolas and Civics are noticeably bigger.
*Honda and Toyota have a little more room in their ranges for the Fit and Yaris.
*Ford and GM are probably spreading their R&D dollars a little thinner on a per model basis.

Chevy Camaro Convertible Concept rolls into Detroit early {Autoblog}

Jan 5th 2007 12:08PM I love the look of the "center stack". The climate control and audio interfaces look like they could work well, if plenty of thought was put into their design, and reduce the massive chunk of plastics sitting in the middle of most cars.

Using this console design would also leave plenty of space for the 4-pack gauges that are most likely to be changed from the concept car.

G3 iMac good enough for casual user? {TUAW.com}

Jul 12th 2006 2:37AM Blue & White G3, originally 350 but upgraded to 450 with a friends post-upgrade processor. 2 bad RAM slots so I'm limited to 512MB max. Purchased a 3rd party DVD burner to replace the internal drive.

I'm running the lastest OSX & iLife, though I don't use iMovie or iDVD. iPhoto certainly crawls. Office 2004 runs fine. Other than that and the gaping performance gap that keeps it from running WoW, it does everything I need it to do on a daily basis with acceptable levels of performance.

Yet another melting magsafe connector {TUAW.com}

Jun 28th 2006 11:33AM The first melting connector pictures were removed at Apple's REQUEST because the customer appreciated the prompt resolution of the problem.
