May 17th 2011 1:42PM @Wisdomandlore I hate it when people say fan favorites. just say your favorites, not everyone has the same tastes as you do, and the fans of a book or movie aren't some mass collective with all the same likes and dislikes.
May 17th 2011 1:31PM @DarkWalker from playing in the beta, the specs really arent that different maybe until you get down to the bottom of them. they are all the same abilities, just with slightly different flavors.

May 10th 2011 2:38PM everyone has forgotten one common occurence- everyone jumps, everyone is fine, but even after you kill the mob that the dps aggroed because he fell on it, everyone is still in combat. "Why are we in combat," you ask with a growing sense of trepidation as you realize what must have happened. the healer jumped a little late, and before jumping, he got the attention of one of the non elite pats up above. so now that pat has taken the long way around, and 3 minutes later comes out of the tunnel with the entire first half of the instance in tow.

May 9th 2011 4:02PM people have this love affair with lightwell, but when i'm in a raid, I try to use it, but even as dps, when i'm at 70% or so, i click it, it starts ticking, and then some other healer snipes the heal, and it just over heals me. i don't understand why healers do this, even the default raid frames have incoming heals displayed now, so they shouldn't be doing it, but it keeps happening. then when i could most use a lightwell, there isn't one around.
May 9th 2011 3:50PM You see, you'd think finding new recruits would be easy, but my raid guild fell apart because our server is drying up. everyone has a 10 man guild these days, and so we were one of 5 (horde and alliance) 25 man guilds, and there just weren't enough skilled players left over that were looking for a guild. wrath was a great time for raiding, since there was a great learning curve, it may have made certain raids too easy, but you could get new players in without a problem. Now, we have everyone on hard modes, and it seems a bit of a back peddle to go back to raiding normals so we can gear up 5 new dps, because people are getting burned out.
the new hard modes are just so stupid, boring and not really challenging in a fun way.
