Would removing legendaries be a benefit for the World of Warcraft? {WoW}

Jan 27th 2012 5:22PM Like you I don't compete in the top tiers (realm firsts, rank 1 gladiators, etc), but I'd like to have a fair chance if I ever wanna compete. I play arenas and rated BGs and even at lower brackets (I'm playing around 2k mmr) I feel the pain of the Dragonwrath procs and it definitely can turn the tide of a match.

Must I be forced to grind a legendary to compete on PVP? I thought blizzard stance was not to force any player to do what he does not want to. I don't wanna grind raids for months to get a legendary or being face-rolled by someone with one.

Imagine RMP (Rogue Mage Priest) trios with two legendaries. Doesn't sound fair to the other teams who just wanna PVP.

Breakfast Topic: Spill your 5-man PUG stories here {WoW}

Jan 26th 2012 8:53AM Few months ago a friend as leveling a priest, when he was about 83 we offered to carry him through normal dungeons.
The setup was Priest lvl 83 in quest greens, Warrior Fury (me), hunter MM, arcane mage, the former three in heroic Firelands gear. Queued as a tank and as soon as we teleported to the dungeon the rogue that was pugged started to complain that I was in fury spec and I would fail tanking (remember, 3 heroic FL geared players in a normal dungeon), he proceed to complain and I just watched quietly as he dropped the group.

Pugged another player, a mage lvl 83, and when he got in he was amazed at the speed we killed everything on sight, I was just charging and hitting things as fast as I could, the mage would pull aggro put the mob/boss would die before reaching him.

It was probably the easiest leveling session he did ever, we did something like 15 dungeons (with the same pugged mage) and they got millions of xp (our priest was 2 bars short of 85 when we called it a day).
Oh, I wish that rogue knew what happened after he left. lol

Cataclysm rewards low-level faction loyalty with cloaks, bags {WoW}

Oct 2nd 2010 6:52PM Yes, they do have their own set of itens.

Cataclysm rewards low-level faction loyalty with cloaks, bags {WoW}

Oct 2nd 2010 6:51PM Well, currently the stats are identical and I don't see a reason for them not to be. Why would the Orgrimmar cloak be stronger than the TB cloak for instance?

Gold Capped: Quick Auctions Poster does the undercutting for you {WoW}

Sep 23rd 2010 12:06AM It's funny that on the Call to Auction podcast when Markco started to talk about this addon Euripides immediately said "That's got to be illegal!". And now here he is advertising it to half (or more) of the WoW community...
