Cataclysm beginner tooltips option simplifies abilities for rookies {WoW}

What I'd really appreciate are enhanced (instead of simplified) tooltips, informing me if activating that ability triggers or not a global cooldown, also such things like how long my crappy CC skill lasts in a PvP enviroment and if it is subject to diminishing returns.
