Breakfast Topic: What will you miss most from the Wrath era? {WoW}
Sep 30th 2010 8:19AM I'll miss holding my breath whenever I fly through the Storm Peaks on the off chance the Time Lost Proto Drake will fly my way (though I suppose that's not going to change, it just won't be somewhere I have reason to fly through for the most part).
I'll miss infinite mana on my shadow priest - it's been so long since I've struggled with mana it'll take a while to adjust.
I'll miss the thrill of managing to climb onto something I wasn't supposed to climb up in the old world - now we'll be able to explore every nook and cranny with our spangly mounts.
I think most of all though I'll miss the Oculus - I know, I know, most people hate it - but I really loved flying around on the drakes and being able to mash something than my usual rotation.

Sep 19th 2010 4:42AM Agreed, this is going to be very useful, especially for new players - I have fond memories of running round Tirisfal Glades for hours as a ghost on my first Undead Mage, before I figured out how to use the mini map.
Launcher update today causing problems, how to fix {WoW}
Sep 18th 2010 6:32PM The above worked fine for me when I got stuck on the "waiting for files to close" message, but now I'm getting an "Unable to validate game version" message when I try and log in.
Any advice? I've never had that message before now.
