Breakfast Topic: What was your first addon? {WoW}

Aug 20th 2011 1:10PM Recount here! I was curious about the AddOn ever since people used to spam it at the end of every Dungeon I ever run, and it's been with me ever since!

Breakfast Topic: What would you like to see implemented in WoW? {WoW}

Aug 8th 2011 12:29PM Personally, and this is going to be greeted with many dislikes, I'd like to see the Dungeon Finder removed until Level 60. (Hear me out, it's my opinion! :P)

Before it was implimented, there was a lot more life to WoW with low levels. Nowadays, I simply see everyone between Level 10 to Level 60-70 AFK in Stormwind, just waiting to get their 2-3 levels per dungeon group, again, and again.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of ease of access. Perhaps allow the dungeon finder to make groups, but have the players manually go to these places, like before. I simply think there would be more life to the zones, like before when I could go to a Dungeon and see people standing around the Summoning stone.

Blizzard did a great job recreating Azeroth for Cataclysm. The sad part, is how few players (even levelling) visit them :(

Officers' Quarters: Secret farmers of the Firelands {WoW}

Aug 8th 2011 12:11PM Personally, I don't see anything "Shady" or wrong here. Anyone in that lockout could use it for trash farming, to either gain money or reputation/BoE's to help their characters out.

To say selling stuff they farmed is wrong would be pretty unfair in itself. If they put the time and effort into farming trash, why should they be giving things to other people who are putting no effort in? I personally wouldn't ask for free stuff to help my character out, especially if it was other people's time invested.

Of course, this is just my opinion on the subject, and everyone has their own, but since anyone in that guild has access to this, I don't find it unfair. If you want to be a part, my advice would be to ask your guild members if you can go with them the next time they go farming, especially if you need something from the trash. That way, everyone benefits.

Patch 4.0.6: Bloodlust's arena nerf {WoW}

Jan 7th 2011 2:22AM Yesterday, I had an arena match of 43 minutes long...

If only Time Warp was that effective. Curse fully PvP geared Warriors and Paladin healers! :D

Cataclysm beta removes portals from Dalaran and Shattrath {WoW}

Sep 27th 2010 6:33AM @SnackPatrol

As hard as it'll be for you to believe, I do give portals, and even when people ask to pay, I simply do it for free.

What my point is, in cases where we are busy, which believe it or not for me, is quite often, people asking for portals should at least understand that we're not slaves. For example, when standing around I could be in a raid group, waiting for it to fill. That, or I'm usually in a dungeon group, so I end up replying back to them that I can't at the moment.

And yes, I read your post. Fully. Several times. That's why I had to go into a list to explain what I felt of your post. I'm sorry that we disagree, but my view remains unchanged, as does yours.

1) You can lockpick outside a group, we can't.
2) You also have the possibility of a tip, ask.
3) They're 20s each, 16s eith Exalted. Learn to research.
4) Just because you weren't "busy" ingame, doesn't mean other people do nothing.
5) Healers ressing and mages portaling. Where is the link here? Please?
6) He never acted all "high-and-mighty". He kindly asked people to be polite and consider the mages view, something you clearly haven't done.
7) Since you "quit", why are you even interested in that post?

Yep. 7 replies to block text. If I look back at my WoW window, I wonder how many portal requests I have...
