After the patch, Therazane shoulder enchants have reverted into BoP style. However, helm enchants remain BoA - but with the required rep with that faction to use them? I mean isn't this an evil way of saying BoP as well? What's the point in BoA helm enchants if I have to grind my rep with the other toon just to use them anyway?
"Oh man, I'm exalted with WIldhammer and need the helm enchant...but I don't even have 130 gold! What to do...oh! I can log over to my main, fly out here, buy it, and mail to myself!"
Or I could just mail the gold at this point, because keeping required repuation on a BoA item is completely self defeating.
